Microsoft released, the announced SP1 for ConfigMgr 2012 R2 and SP2 for ConfigMgr 2012.
It is available for download at the evaluation site from Microsoft, you can find them here:
You have to download both files! SC2012_SP2_Configmgr_SCEP and SC2012_R2_SP1_Configmgr, the names are a bit misleading…
So download them, extract them for installation on your top hirachy site server.

Things to Know
Upgrading your installation: If you have a System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager installation, you can use the System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP2 media to install the latest patches and automatically upgrade to System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager SP1.
New installation: Install System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP2 first, and then install System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager SP1 at the top-tier site of your hierarchy. Both of these installation files are included as part of this evaluation.
You have to run the SP2 Update on your R2 before you can upgrade to R2 SP1. I don’t know why they did such a crude naming and installation aproach but maybe we`ll get some information about that in the next few days..
After you installed both updates you can restart your server and then your site version will be 5.0.8239.1000
According to the comments on the official ConfigMgr Team blog the download for VLSC will be available on May 27th.
Happy upgrading 🙂
You don’t have to download and install both files in some cases. Michael Griswold wrote a blog post about the different upgrade paths.
